GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:
- ALL areas must be clear of furniture and belongings in order for us to clean that area and room. If not clear that particular room will not be cleaned.
- At the time of physical quote we will make “reasonable endeavours” to give you a guaranteed set price. This will be reconfirmed on arrival on the day of the actual clean.
- The cleaning guarantee is null and void if on arrival your property is “heavily soiled’ meaning it is not handed to us in “reasonable condition”.
“Reasonable endeavours” means that we have tried our best to make an informed decision with the information that is available to us at that particular point in time, meaning on the day the actual quote is done.
“Heavily Soiled” and not in “reasonable condition” means the existence of additional grime, dust or dirt that has been identified to exist at higher levels than that of a normal residence. ie) visually obvious that property has not been maintained in terms of cleanliness during the lease period and visibly no regular cleaning has been taken place for a long period of time.
